We operate with a transparent and accountable management approach committed to ethical principles. When setting our sustainability goals, we take into account the opinions of our stakeholders and develop strategies accordingly.

Our sustainability committee develops our strategies and policies and integrates them into all our activities. By meeting four times a year, we ensure the realization of our sustainability goals and regularly report our progress.
