Path Program: The First Step to Reaching the Summits
To reach the summits, one must first walk the paths. The Path Program is a social responsibility project that aims to help young graduates take a solid step in their careers by bridging the gap between their education and the business world. Within this program, participants gain valuable work experience by working within our company for 12 months. We aim to cultivate future leaders by providing young talents with a strong foundation at the beginning of their career journeys.
Program Objective
The Path Program aims to develop the professional skills and competencies of young people, help them adopt the work culture, and adapt to the requirements of the sector. In this way, participants have the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers and add value to their resumes.
Application Process
Applications will be conducted through video interviews and AI-assisted assessments. It is important for candidates to ensure that their technological equipment, such as computers, cameras, and microphones, is functioning properly. Candidates who are positively evaluated in the video interview and assessment center steps will be invited to online interviews.
Program Duration and Content
The Path Program is a 12-month experience program. Participants will gain work experience by working within our company, receive mentorship support, and participate in various training programs. At the end of the program, participants will have the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers by adapting to the requirements of the sector.
